Build, manage and support deployments
Work directly with architects and developers to create supportable designs and debug problems.
Create and maintain documentation related to all hosted environments (DEV/GTE/Saas)
Define best practices for product implementations
Train technical operations team/Delivery to support and manage customer environments
Manage availability and performance problems for clients; automate resolution to prevent re-occurrence
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and highly adaptable
Automation (Ansible or similar) and instrumentation (ELK, Zabbix or similar)
Knowledge of SaaS platform and cloud services like AWS is a definite plus
Expertise with Red Hat or other Linux variants
Knowledge of Oracle 12c database
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as necessary
Networking, automation, and high-level infrastructure architecture experience
