Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing biopharmaceutical company. The assignment is indefinite. Reporting into the Recruiting Manager, this position supports staffing objectives by scheduling interviews, posting positions,

creating documents for hiring blitz’s, conducting license verifications, as well as other general recruitment support. Join our fast-paced, growing biopharmaceutical company for this temporary assignment and gain new knowledge about our unique industry!

Additional responsibilities of the Contract Recruiting Coordinator role include:

  • Assists recruiters and hiring managers in community outreach and relationship building for nurse recruitment

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.

  • Manage required Blitz materials (to include ordering any necessary supplies etc.)

  • Post jobs via UltiPro including creating new postings and developing prescreen questions based on guidance from the recruiter

  • Manage travel accommodations (flights, hotel, transportation for candidates coming from out of state, and reimbursement process)

  • Submit and monitor all reference checks, background checks, and drug tests

  • Assist in onboarding new hires after offers are accepted

  • Assist with initial prescreening of candidates

  • Assist with front desk coverage and onboarding paperwork when needed

  • Backup to HR Coordinator

Job Requirements

Ideally, candidates will offer a Bachelor’s degree, however, other combinations of education and experience will be considered. You must offer strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Other requirements of the Contract Recruiting Coordinator role include:

  • 2+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience with at least one year in a Human Resources environment

  • Must offer excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems creatively .
