POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for face to face sales presentations to guests, achieving performance standards, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively deliver sales presentation and property tour.

  • Present Sales Process consistently and accurately.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service.

  • Keep current on sales information and materials.

  • Keep current on and support the company's marketing strategies.

  • Attend and actively participate in all sales and training meetings.

  • Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.

  • Lead by example in both professional and personal life.

  • May be responsible for group sales presentations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

No Timeshare/Real Estate license, or sales experience is required. We have world class training to lead you to your success!

  • Spanish speaking preferred

  • Sales experience with proven track record preferred, but not required.

  • Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Highschool diploma or GED

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • DRIVEN individuals with a positive attitude!!

  • Coachable

  • Able to handle rejection

  • Professional appearance

  • Motivated to succeed
