Role Descriptions

Responsible for listening and attending to guests' needs and supervises daily operation of Wired. Foster a culture of Whatever/Whenever while maintaining records/track costs of Wired and driving positive revenue results. Direct assistance for DOW and Welcome Team for administrative matters.


Education - College degree in Hotel Management or other related field

Experience - Minimum 3 years of guest service experience. Previous management experience preferred

Language skills - Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Technical & functional competencies - experience in Microsoft Office, Property Management System Opera and FCS.Proficient in the use of office equipment (fax machine, copier, binder etc)
