NCR is taking talent development, learning and leadership development to the next level. The Talent Development team is looking for passionate and experienced talent, learning & leadership development specialists. As a talent, learning and leadership development specialist, you bring experience in coordinating talent development programs.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities: The Talent & Leadership Development Specialist will make it easier for our iNCRedible team to lead, grow & thrive every day. This role will be a key contributor to each experience our Talent Development team deploys, and will coordinate our programs and initiatives through an organized and agile approach to project and task management. We need strong specialists to support our next in class learning and leadership development experiences for the enterprise and functions. We need specialists who have the following capabilities and experiences:

  • Experience utilizing variety of online and instructor led courseware.

  • Creativity and graphic design skills.

  • Creation of PowerPoints and Word documents for program participants.

  • Ability to present and facilitate soft skills training.

  • Handling all aspects of program logistics before, during and after program.

  • Communicating with program participants.

  • Experience with area(s) within Talent Development & Talent Management (Performance Management, Management/Leadership Development, Learning, Onboarding, etc)

  • Experience with Cornerstone on Demand (NCR’s Learning Management System).

  • Ability to pull reports and customize the information to the needs of the requestor.

  • Working with facilities (on site or hotel) for program set up and logistics.

    Key Accountabilities:

    The Learning & Leadership Development Specialist will be accountable for the following:

  • Facilitate soft skills instructor led and virtual learning sessions.

  • Curate content and set up experiences in modern online course tools.

  • Team & collaborate with Instructional Designers, Learning Business Partners, Learning & Leadership Consultants, and/or Talent Management consultants.

  • Take ownership over specific assigned tasks and projects.

  • Team within Human Resources and broader Chief Administration Office organization to achieve results.

  • Work with the NCRU shared services team to ensure assigned content is coordinated and tracked appropriately.

  • Pull down reports from NCRU to track learning participation and evaluations.

  • Create evaluations as needed in various tools.

  • Facilitate Guidepost onboarding sessions on a rotational basis.

    Other projects and tasks as requested/desired.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree required.

  • Intermediate MS Office Skills

  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations.

  • Demonstrated ability to create project plans.

  • Have an innovative, creative and growth mindset.

  • Professional presence to credibly and confidently work with participants and across the Talent Development team.

  • 3-5 years of experience coordinating Talent and Leadership Development programs and initiatives.

  • Facilitation/presentation skills.

  • Certification or advanced courses in project management, MS Office or other frequently used talent development applications.

  • Cornerstone on Demand experience.
