We are looking for

ASales professional who is looking to make a career in an international sales organization. As a Sales Specialist you will be a key contact point towards our customers. You will be proactively ensuring contract continuity and customer satisfaction. You will be part of our sales team driving for profitable growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Customer analysis: Identifying potential customers, prioritizing actions and following up identified sales leads and opportunities

Customer relationship management: Contacting customers, booking meetings and following up actions

Proactive sales: Monitoring and resolving suspended contracts, proactively re-negotiating expiring contracts and identifying upsell and modernization opportunities

Contract management: Customer analysis and debt collection

Ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating actions with our field organization to enable that we deliver to our promise

Skills, Education and Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (preferred technical companies)

Bachelor of Science

Communicative English skills

Ability to understand customers problems & needs

Ability to build trust and relations with customers

Drive to win & positive can-do attitude

Ability to analyze large quantities of data & prioritize opportunities accordingly

Execution driven and efficient to handle large quantities of customers

Good understanding of selling & sales tools

Strong negotiation skills
