We are looking for
A Maintenance Technician to join our team of maintenance professionals to perform all the service operations on site, according to the service contract requirements, the company policies and the KONE processes - manage on-site customer communication for day to day activities. You are a team worker who takes personal responsibility for decisions and actions, with self-confidence in own ability to carry out a task or a job. We value your commitment to our clearly defined procedures and guidelines in work and focus on detail when dealing with routine work.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc).
Responsible for accurate and real time back reporting of work performed (at the equipment level) in order to ensure the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
Maintain excellent relationships with the customers, the contact person and end-users presents on site, by applying the Ambassador attitude.
Responsible for equipment safety and performance
Maintain the site environment during service operations
Generate sales lead.
Responsible for submitting time sheets based on the execution.
Skills, Education and Experience
ITI Fresher (Fitter, Mechanical, Wireman or Electrical).
Local language skills. Experience from customer service.
Prior experience of elevator/escalator industry is an asset. Advanced knowledge of electronics.
