Job Summary

Understand the hotel s cancellationpolicy, no-show policy and credit policy.

Check all traces on a daily basis. Check all necessary reports on a dailybasis

Be aware at all times of the sellingstatus, rates, packages and groups coming into

the hotel.

Reservations Department.

Understand how the WorldwideReservation Centers function in relation to the

hotel.

Liaise with your colleagues in ahelpful, friendly and courteous manner.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance inyour dress code as well as in your work

area.

Perform all reasonable requests ofmanagement.
