Job Description

The Instructor is responsible for delivering new and existing SabreSonic CSS content to the Helpdesk personnel as well as the updates of training documentation for which the instructor will liaise with a technical writer. Training programs can last up to 13 weeks.

Trainers are responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for conducting moderately complex technical training courses for employees in the use of multiple system and products.

  • Interfaces with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of training with subject matter experts in order to develop/create/publish/maintain training courses for onsite classroom format.

  • Develops and conducts classroom training programs for New and internal employees, and/or associates.

  • Serving as a liaison with departments or individuals to ensure existing training programs meet and/or exceed customer needs

  • Revisions of training documentation and training database.

  • Coordination of version releases into the training environment and contents of training documentation.

  • Scheduling of personnel for training as well as coordination of training requirements such as classroom availability personnel availability

  • Create and Deliver Presentations

  • Managing and participating in projects to increase overall efficiency within the global team including active involvement during the project design, development and testing.

  • Administer assessments and evaluate trainee progress.

  • EDUCATION : Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

  • EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3 years of Airline experience in areas such as reservations , ticketing , check-in , scheduling, Codeshare . Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to handle multiple projects, flexible schedule, able to travel, strong organizational skills to manage different tasks simultaneously. Teaching skills or background will be considered as a plus.
