SCOPE OF POSITION: Responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, monitoring tables for guest needs and duties as requested, in an efficient courteous manner displaying a high standard of guest service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices. liResponsible for clearing all tables, resetting them for new seating; ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience./li liResponsible for approaching newly seated guests, serving them bread, butter, water, etc. in a courteous manner./li liAssists Food Servers in maintaining a high quality of service. This may include running and presenting food to the guests, observing the guests for any requests for service, clearing all dishes from the table after guests are through eating, continually providing them with a clean, neat eating area, and presenting guest checks and/or retrieving guest checks for the Food Server./li liPerforms as a Team Member with venue Hosts, Supervisors, Food Servers and Kitchen Staff in maintaining smooth and efficient operations./li liMaintains a cleanliness of all side stations; responsible for stocking./li liMaintains the highest level of confidentiality./li liResponsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy./li liOutstanding example of and a credit to FireKeepers Casino Hotel./li /ul MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS An applicant’s education, training and experience must be sufficient to demonstrate that the applicant possesses the ability to successfully perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
