Thisposition will also provide leadership to increase sales in our core segmentsincluding FSR, QSR, healthcare, and hospitality, as well as presentand implement creative and strategic new initiatives suited to drive newaccounWhat you will do:Accountable for managing, coaching, and leading DSRs includingselecting, hiring, onboarding, training, monitoring salesactivity/sales reporting, launch and manage targeted sellinginitiatives, and coaching sales performance.Partner with cross-functional Smart Care teams (marketing, fieldoperations, commercial finance, HR/Training) to enhance the success ofthe strategies employed with the DSRs, suggest new ideas to enhance ourmarket position, develop field sales plans and goals for individual DSRs,develop ideas around process improvement for various initiatives, developaccurate and meaningful sales reporting tools, provide input regarding salestraining needs, provide input on market trends and needed sales tools,monitor and report on the competition.Work with the service organization to communicate initiatives, implement newbusiness sold and be accountable for continuing clear and open communicationto ensure quality service to our customers.Coach DSRs on how to develop, support and maintain networking relationshipswith OEM and dealer representatives, restaurant and hotel associations,and other lead generating sources to increase sales.Establish and track sales activity goals and objectives for individual DSRsbased on their annual sales goals and experience. In conjunction withFinance, review and audit sales reporting for accuracy.Work Location: This position is ideally located in Los Angeles, Denver,or Dallas/Ft.
