MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• High School Diploma or General Education Degree( GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assisting in maintaining product and service quality standards by investigating complaints and initiating corrective actions
Responsible for guest billing, accounts receivable management and analysis and organization of daily reports.
Using the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, checking in and out of guests, ensure accuracy of guest folios.
Performing office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing, and printing
